Madame Karen wants to clear something up – yes, it’s going to hurt. With that said, it probably isn’t going to hurt as much as you think. Ask her all the questions you want, she would rather NOT pierce you if you have unanswered questions, than pierce you while you’re still on the fence. She likes money, but she likes her clients more. Madame Karen got her first body piercing when she was 18. It was exciting, unnerving, and it felt just a little bit dangerous. As it turns out, it was all of those things and more. It was a navel piercing, and sadly for Madame Karen her piercer didn’t fill her in on what to expect or how to care for her piercing. It got infected, it started to reject, and she was eventually forced to retire the piercing. Major bummer. Madame Karen’s first experience with body piercing wasn’t perfect, but she was better prepared for her many piercings that followed. As a professional body piercer, she wants you to be comfortable, informed, and most importantly excited about your piercing experience, whether you’re a new or seasoned piercee.

1. We won't even consider doing a below-the-waist or tongue piercing on you.
2. You and your legal guardian must physically come to the shop, pick up a parental consent form, and have it notarized.
3. Your legal guardian MUST be present at the time of the piercing, and we must have the notarized consent form, additional paperwork completed, and both you and your guardian must have photo IDs.
